Ginny’s resources for writers include:
Pure inspiration. Thank you for your testimony and encouragement. I will listen to this one many times. God bless.
Peggy, I’m grateful my story inspired you.
Wow. Just wow. You inspired me and had me in tears. I love your story. You are so gifted in this calling.
Holly, thank you. My fervent prayer is that God will use what He’s done in my life to encourage others, especially writers.
AND…Holly, you will have your own publication story to share at some point, with all the interruptions God allowed and the way He’s used those to mold you into the beautiful, caring soul you are today.
Wow Ginny thank you so much for sharing your story in this episode. I found it so engaging and so real. I also can identify so closely to the part of your story where you would see the little girl daily, who asked you to tell her story. The first novel I started (still IP) was like that. My main character just stands and stares at me with patient expectation, every time I close my eyes and wonder what to do in my day. If I don’t write, she is there.
Jolene, aren’t God’s ways amazing? I’m glad I’m not the only one who has seen one of her characters. 🙂
Ginny, this was deeply moving to me. I felt like you were telling my story. I went years without talking to anyone, I was made fun of and still I remember desiring to say something but I just could not! Thankfully I had some therapy and some kind, patient people in my life. I heard you on Flourish writers recently and I just get so much from your words of wisdom. Thank you for that and for continuing onward like you have.
Jennifer, God is so good to bring others along who have walked a similar path and understand us! I grateful we’ve connected.
I loved listening to your story here. I read WORDS a few months ago—such a heartrending story, yet beautifully written. Your road to publishing was definitely LOOOONG and winding. Thank you for sharing all the joy and the pain involved along the way. Encouraging.
Thank you for listening, Lisa. I’m so glad my story encouraged you.
