Meet Ginny

I’m Ginny L. Yttrup (and because I know you’re wondering, it’s pronounced Why-trup), an award-winning, traditionally and independently published author and a trained coach, speaker, and lover of words. I am passionate about helping writers identify and clarify their messages and hone their skills so they can reach others with the words they long to share. When I work with writers, whether new to the craft or already published and writing on deadline, their project becomes my project, their passion, my passion.

Much of what I know about writing I learned through 25+ years of attending some of the best writers conferences in the United States as well as through reading voraciously. Now I enjoy teaching at some of those same conferences. I’ve refined my skills through practice, writing and publishing seven novels and countless articles and blog posts. I also serve as Vice-Chair and Marketing Director for West Coast Christian Writers, a nonprofit organization that serves writers through its annual writers conferences, workshops, and community. I completed my coaching training through Western Seminary and thoroughly enjoy applying my skills to help writers reach their goals.
